The other day I dealt with Nick regarding a leak I had in my living room. The two guys showed up they were extremely nice and friendly and did a great job with inspecting the problem.. They were super fair about price basically almost didn’t even charge me for the labour just the little material they had to use to change some shingles. They were honest and fair with opinions to resolve the problem and encourage the most economical repair solution . I honestly would give them a high recommendation for anyone in the Niagara Region who needs a new roof or any roof repairs. Just awesome guys. great team and my experience was exceptional. I’m definitely gonna call them next tim If I have an issue with my roof. 40 years in the business , so I valued their opinion.

They gave me an estimate, but once the work started, they kept adding hidden costs for ‘unexpected issues.’ By the end, the bill was almost double the original quote. Very unprofessional and dishonest.
The contractor promised to finish in two weeks, but it dragged on for over a month. They rarely answered calls or gave updates, leaving us frustrated and living with an unfinished roof.

Last night I had a raccoon terrorizing my roof, it was ripping apart my roof vent! I finally got the raccoon off the roof after a few hours last night. This morning I was scrambling to try and find somebody to replace my roof vent as there’s possibility of rain tomorrow! I called Roof Wizard Inc and they picked up the phone right away unlike others I called! Within hours, they were at my house and replace my roof vent with a stronger metal roof vent for a very reasonable cost! I would recommend them to anybody who needs roof work! They were quick, efficient, friendly, and very clean! Very, very happy I called Roof Wizard Inc.
Horrible experience with this company. The roof started leaking again just weeks after they “fixed” it. When I called them back, they refused to take responsibility.
The crew left a big mess in my yard—nails, shingles, and trash everywhere. For the price I paid, I expected better workmanship and basic cleanup.

Poor quality work. Some shingles are already coming loose, and the roof looks uneven. I regret hiring this contractor and would not recommend them to anyone.

Nick and his team removed a crumbling, unused chimney from our 1960s bungalow, replaced water-damaged plywood beneath, and perfectly matched our 10 year old shingles. In only two hours. Quote, scheduling, onsite work and cleanup were all fast.They’re also honest. The final cost was five times more affordable than other companies had quoted.When asked how the rest of our roof looked, their roofer assured us we have proper underlay and quality shingles, good for decades more use.

My husband and I contacted several companies to get quotes on replacing our eavestroughs. Our schedule is unique as we work out of town and it made it hard to meet, unless it was on the weekend. When we contacted roofing wizards, they scheduled to come the following morning (a Sunday morning). Our eavestroughs hadn’t been replaced since the home was built in 1998, the team was able to squeeze us in for two days later before the next big rainfall. We were very impressed, they were super quick and efficient, worked as a team and cleaned up afterwards. We will be using them again in the near future for projects.

I called Roof Wizards for roofing and siding work. Nick got back to me right away, was out for a quote the following day with his colleague, price was fair, and they started work a few days later. We had soffit damage in two areas from the winter storm in February. The downspouts on both sides of our house had also come loose. This had happened once before and we called the original contractors back thinking they would guarantee their work as our home is quite new but no, they charged us to fix the work that was originally done incorrectly. When the same issue occurred again, we decided to call Roof Wizard. They secured the downspouts correctly and also went above snd beyond to show us where many other soffit panels were installed backwards and where our siding needed immediate attention. Nick and his colleagues were the first people we had talked to in our area that were familiar with the type of product the siding on our home was and gave us tips on how to best take care of it. These gentlemen knew their job, finished it in a very timely manner and were fairly priced. I would definitely recommend and use their services again. Thank you!

Strong winds damaged my house’s roof which started a water leakage.
